Sapori della tradizione, saperi della formazione

“I sapori della tradizione, i saperi della formazione” (November 2010-April 2012) is a project co-financed by the Interreg Italy-Austria Programme, through Interreg IV, Italy-Austria Small Project Fund. The partnership involved two countries: Austria (the city of klagenfurt with the school Fachberufsschule Kalgenfurt 1) and Italy (Civiform and the IPSSAR Dolomieu from Longarone, Belluno).
The theme was to increase the value of cross border confectionary, bakery and chocolate products. The project aimed at the promotion of cross border cooperation and communication through collaboration between institutions at local and regional level. One of the project outcomes is a bilingual cook book to use in promotion and training activities and exchanges of professionals and cuisine students.
